EXTENSIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- HAIR + INSTALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A DEPOSIT WHICH COVERS YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS. THIS IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE. DEPOSITS MUST BE SUBMITTED 24 HRS OF BOOKING.

Hair + INSTALL $575 = $375 DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 50%.- 70% of the total service price is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

If you purchase or book hair extension packages, bundles, hair specials, etc you will be charged a standard deposit which can exceeds 50% of appointment covers your hair extensions.

Refund Policy:
1. Returns and Refunds:
- We do accept returns and offer refunds
- To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received and approved by owner
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
- If you purchase extensions and are unable to pickup/cancel they will be mailed
2. Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Extensions
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the specified return period.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
**Notice Required:**
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24-48 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
Cancellation Fee : If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24-48 hr notice or in the event of a no-show, a fee of 50% of the total service price will be charged.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so as soon as possible.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
There will be a right to deny service or an additional charge will occur $1.00/min
If you arrive more than 15-30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the service time, which may affect the final outcome and may incur a late fee.
Service and Satisfaction
- Pre-Appointment Preparation:
Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair. Please avoid using any heavy products or oils on your hair before your appointment.
- Allergies and Sensitivities:Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment so that we can use the appropriate products.
- Adjustments: If you experience any issues with your extensions within 1-2 days of your appointment, please contact us for a complimentary adjustment.
Aftercare and Maintenance
- Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity of your extensions. We will provide detailed aftercare instructions during your appointment.
Recommended Products:
- We recommend using only the products specified by our salon for maintenance. Avoid products with sulfates, alcohol, or other harsh chemicals that can damage the extensions.
Regular Maintenance
- To keep your extensions looking their best, regular maintenance appointments are required. We recommend scheduling these every 2 weeks or 2x month.
Liability and Responsibility
Personal Property: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property while on our premises.
Health and Safety: All clients must disclose any health conditions or concerns that may affect their suitability for hair extensions.
Privacy and Data Protection Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with data protection laws. Your information will only be used for scheduling and communication purposes related to your appointments.
Changes to Policy
